This infill apartment project was the first of its kind in 50 years to be approved and built on Capitol Hill. The elevations were unanimously approved by the Fine Arts Commission at the first presentation. The project consists of stacked townhouse units in a back to back configuration over a structured parking garage. The design was based on utilizing prefabricated modular boxes and yielded a density of 50 units per acre.
