This hybrid multifamily design combines the style of townhouse living with the density of a multifamily project. The project, located in a golf course community, takes advantage of steep slopes to create uphill and downhill configurations while simultaneously incorporating unique rear elevation features to capitalize on views of the surrounding golf course. The buildings have integral garages and private entrances grouped off of courtyards to create a sense of intimacy.
