This 1,000 SF structure with slate roof, copper finials, and gothic style detailed exteriors is located in the middle of an upscale residential development known as The Reserve. The structure serves as a concierge station and community meeting area. The design includes interiors with a hand painted dome and walnut trim wainscoting, a state of the art security system, and carefully chosen interior and exterior material selections. In addition, ADG’s work included the coordination of multiple disciplines as the project progressed.
