The clubhouse complex is composed of several structures carefully sited around a lake with multiple pools which are serviced by a separate bath facility. The facility was designed for a young, active community in Northern Virginia as is strategically located as a viewpoint into the community. The structure borrows vocabulary from the shingle style architecture. The tower feature and high slopping roof structure create a playful imagery that is designed with flexible place, a lounge, a community meeting room and offices.
