This one story, 6,000 SF clubhouse uses the vocabulary of the Virginia Hunt Area to create a focal point for an upscale housing community located in Northern Virginia. The interior architectural design is carefully integrated with the exterior as several outdoor covered porches open up onto exterior community spaces. The building and its surrounding landscape were designed and developed concurrently, helping further to unify the interior with the exterior. Site features include a pool, gardens, patios, an amphitheater, and gazebo/trellis garden structures. The project is designed to take advantage of multiple avenues of approach in order to create a welcoming gesture for the community.
