The Kentlands is a planned development based on a Neo Traditional town concept that maintains a unified urban streetscape reminiscent of “Main Street.” Three types of homes were designed.

The Cottage Series homes are single family homes based on the traditional southern detailing of Charleston and its surrounding area. The Manor Home series is designed to offer a historically-based romantic exterior while maintaining the convenience of a contemporary open floor plan. The Carriage House series incorporates a single family unit which is piggy-backed over its garage, creating a unique solution to the detached single family home within an urban town framework.
