This clubhouse is a 30,000 SF structure that includes a variety of spaces designed to support the active senior community of the area. The building includes a full service restaurant and bar as well as a large auditorium, which is designed with a sound and lighting system for stage productions and is used for special events up to 350 occupants. The project is based on a linear spinal organization with several entrances so that the user can be separated from other users based on events and timing.

The design of the facility includes the careful layout of multiple structures around an open green area which is the visual focus for the complex.
