This Single Family Community is a narrow lot housing product that was developed concurrently with a site plan. The challenge was to develop a housing product that met marketing requirements for a large square footage and creating a site plan which addressed the very steep topography of the site and yielded an acceptable density while preserving an interesting streetscape.
