This conceptual design is the basis for the Mixed use structure located in Arlington , Virginia. The redevelopment of this site into a mixed use structure includes apartments, retail and grocery store as well as parking which serves the neighborhood. The architectural vocabulary transitions between the neighboring residential community and the high end retail density on Columbia Pike. The project encompasses two city blocks.
