Solomons Harbour Community is a “Mixed Use Community” that integrates residential and commercial along the waterfront at at Solomons, Maryland. Designed as an inclusive community it integrates residential functions with retail, office, hospitality and waterfront activities to offer both residents and visitors the benefits of self contained community with support facilities that benefit the resident and visitors as well as associated waterfront activities. The vernacular theme of the proposed Commercial Development will be in keeping with the historical nature of the waterfront and the proposed residential community.
