The guiding design concept for this mixed use project was the historical “Main Street.” In order to create that feeling and character of the Main Street ADG used several different types of mixed use structures. The lofts are designed as residential condominium townhouses on the upper stories with retails units at ground level. The townhome units are designed with a separate office suite on the lower level.
