This project included the site layout and the design of a 27,000 SF “Williamsburg Style" commercial office park situated on approximately 5 acres of land. The architectural organization is based on a Village concept characterized by a series of buildings located on a pedestrian mall terracing to a lake. Scope of work included design of the individual buildings, each with its unique set of tenant work, site plan, site amenities, and hardscape elements.
